1. Provider and purpose
SosGirl is a personal emergency-assistance app provided by winsir. It helps users prepare and send emergency alerts to linked contacts. It offers a free version with ads and Premium features through an in-app purchase. For privacy inquiries, contact sosgirl@winsir.net.

2. Information we use
Depending on the features you use, we may process the name and emergency message you configure; emergency contacts’ names, phone numbers, email addresses and relationships; installation and linking identifiers; platform, device name, language, app version and push notification token; alert status and timestamps; optional location; and technical data used to verify Premium purchases. We do not need your full payment-card details to verify a purchase.

3. Contacts and links
Contacts you add are saved in local app data files on your device. You can edit or delete them using the available app features. If you link an installation to a receiving contact, our servers retain identifiers, status and dates for that link to enable alert delivery. Deleting a local contact does not necessarily delete all related server records.

4. SOS alerts and location
When an alert is sent, the information needed to distribute it is transmitted to our services. An alert may include your supplied name, emergency message and, if you choose to share it, location (coordinates, accuracy and capture time). Sharing location is optional. Firebase Cloud Messaging is used to deliver alerts, and alert information may reach the devices of your linked recipients. Our servers record alert identifiers, status and timestamps and, when provided, location data. Cancelling an alert updates its status but does not automatically erase its record.

5. Third-party providers
We use Google Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications; Google AdMob for ads in the free version and, where applicable, advertising consent; and Google Play or the Apple App Store for processing Premium purchases. These providers may process technical information necessary for their services under their respective privacy policies. 6. Advertising and identifiers
The free version may display ads from Google AdMob. Depending on your device, region and privacy settings, advertising services may process technical identifiers, IP address, ad-interaction data and other device or network information. Where required, a consent request will be presented and the choices you make will be applied. Purchasing Premium removes in-app ads.

7. Retention, access and deletion
Local information remains on your device until removed through app features or operating-system mechanisms. Certain installation, linking, alert and purchase records are retained on our servers; there is no single automatic deletion period for all such records. Uninstalling the app does not guarantee deletion of server records. You may request information about, correction of or deletion of your data at sosgirl@winsir.net. We will assess your request, verify ownership where necessary and explain how it is handled under applicable obligations. Do not email passwords or payment-card details.

8. Security
We use technical safeguards, including protected identifiers and verification values on the server. No storage or transmission method is entirely secure. Emergency information you choose to send will also be accessible to the recipients you have linked.

9. Children
SosGirl is not directed to children under 13. Parents or guardians who believe that we have received a child’s personal data may contact us to have the matter reviewed.

10. Changes and contact
